  1. The All Ireland Senior Rugby Clubs Association (hereinafter referred to as "AISRCA" will be made up of all the clubs in Ireland which currently play All Ireland League Rugby Football.
  2. The All Ireland League is a competition run by the Irish Rugby Football Union and to be a participating club in that league brings membership of the AISRCA.
  3. All clubs who are members of the AISRCA shall subscribe an annual payment and these subscriptions will be used to off set the day to day expenses of the AISRCA and the income and expenditure details will be made available on an annual basis by way of a statement of accounts under the hand of the Chairman and Treasurer for the time being of the AISRCA.
  4. The AISRCA shall seek to represent the aims and aspirations of all of the clubs in the All Ireland League in its dealings with the IRFU and Provincial Branches in order to foster domestic senior club rugby in Ireland.
  5. The purpose of the day to day working of the AISRCA an Executive of the Associations will be formed consisting of six representatives of Division 1 clubs, four representatives of Division 2 clubs and four representatives of Division 3 clubs.
  6. The Executive itself will form its fourteen members, elect a Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer and any other officers or chairmen of committees as may be deemed necessary.
  7. The representatives serving on the Executive shall report to the meetings of the Divisional Associations in relation to all matters discussed and dealt with by the Executive.
  8. All clubs affiliated to the AISRCA should submit ideas, proposals and suggestions either through the representatives on the Executive or in writing direct to the Executive and in the event that a club does write directly to the Executive it should send a copy of the correspondence to the Secretary for the time being of its divisional association.
  9. If in its dealings with the IRFU, the Provincial Branches or Member Clubs the Executive feels it necessary to canvas the views of all the member clubs, the Executive itself or a Divisional Association may call for a meeting of all the All Ireland League Clubs and at any such meeting a club will be entitled to send two and not more that two representatives.
  10. The AISRCA Divisional Associations shall have an Annual General Meeting which will take place at a suitable date, time and venue at the end of each playing season. Each Club having paid its subscription in accordance with Clause 2 hereof shall be entitled to send two delegates to that meeting who will have one vote between them. Each Club Delegate will be presumed to be acting on the instructions of and with the full authority of his Club unless the Meeting is otherwise notified.
  11. At any meeting of the AISRCA, its Executive, Annual General Meetings or any other Meeting applicable to the running of the AISRCA if a vote is necessary then a two thirds majority of those in attendance and entitled to vote will be required to carry any motion properly put to such a Meeting.
  12. The AISRCA may be wound up if two thirds of the clubs who are full members so wish. This must be done at a General Meeting to which all the clubs have been invited to attend. In the event of AISRCA being wound up and credit balance standing in the Accounts after settlement of all outstanding debts shall be paid over to the IRFU Charitable Trust
